I really love the journal. It’s so pretty. I like having all the lined pages in a such a nice book to write in because I have lots of ideas. I like the suggestions in the journal too, they help me think about my feelings and find words for them. It will be fun to keep a record for the whole year .

Here’s some reasons why this book is so special to me.
The affirmations in the book I think are really good . I especially love the pages about the moon.
If I’m ever feeling down or I have anything to write about my day or how I want my day to go, I can just write it in my book.
It’s going to be so helpful.. like if you have any worries or if you’re nervous about something, you can write it all in here.
I think ages 6-7 up until 12 would like this journal. Overall I think its pretty awesome and I just can’t wait to write in it

I have been using the Little Wise One cards this year at preschool and love the thinking and the conversations they evoke in our pre-school children. The children are naturally drawn to the card’s illustrations and to their soft pastel colours. I suggest the children select a card and look at it for a while, noticing the beautiful artwork, before I ask them if they would like me to read it with them. I then ask the child an open-ended question to prompt their response to the cards. I have found the cards promote each child’s deeper understanding of themselves and shift their self-perceptions towards the development of a more positive self-esteem and a greater sense of self and wellbeing.

The boys love the cards! The other morning when my Angus woke up I watched him remember the card was under the pillow. He pulled it out and said, ‘I have great ideas’ and smiled to himself and put it back under the pillow. Precious!

I ordered a deck of your cards and they arrived today. I just want to say how much I love them. What an absolutely beautiful and necessary concept to share with our children. These beautiful affirmation cards have really helped my daughter with her anxiety. It is something special we do together. We keep the same card for a few days and repeat the affirmations on the way to school and before bed. I have begun to use affirmation cards with my two young daughters. We sit down in a quiet space, take big breaths and choose a card at random, then discuss what we believe the card means. It is very powerful and has become a beautiful part of our day. The girls remind me when my busy mum life makes me forget. They are so beautiful.

The cards are amazing. Lulu (age 4) has claimed them as her own and treasures them. She has taken so much pride in showing the family how to use them, then quickly collecting them all and neatly packing them in the box, ‘for next time.’ We love the book too, it’s very special.
