Can I change or cancel my order?

As much as we would love to help, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has processed through checkout. Meaning no further changes can be made to your order once processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to send your parcel within one business day of receiving your order. 

All Little Wise One orders are hand-picked and packed in Northern NSW, Australia. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however express services are available for all online orders. 

Within Australia: 

Standard (AUST POST): $10 

Express (AUST POST): $14 or FREE for orders over $90 

Delivery is between 1-3 business days within metropolitan NSW, or 2-5 business days elsewhere within Australia.

Outside Australia: 

International Express (DHL): $25

Delivery is between 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind, due to possible customs processing delays, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame. 

Do I need to pay customs fees, import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

Duties/taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is being delivered to. Little Wise One will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments.

If you refuse a shipment from Little Wise One, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.

I think my order is faulty
